The harness is completly adjustable to fit comfortably at the girth and around the chest area. No choking a pup with the possibility of causing damage inorder to restrain him. With the shorter lead I use, there is no twisting and getting tangled in leash. The harness has two D rings at the dog's back for a snap to be hooked to - They are heavy duty and unbreakable. I highly recommend this harness.
