(More customer reviews)After 2 base stations & 2 collars it is still not reliable while the mfg was very helpful they at times didn't return calls they sent me new a new unit as soon as I had the old one in the UPS system but with my dog getting shocked well within the set radius the "battery Cap " falling off & the collar losing signal randomly I just don't trust it.
