(More customer reviews)after trying to resolve the problem the company did send me a replacement which is not what i needed because i thought i was recieving emails from another company I purchased from. they DID offer and mail me a replacement even though I didnt need one due to the misunderstanding.
Yes the product works and no it is not for smaller dogs as it is listed that way when I searched Amazon.com I will not being using this on my dog so I'll probably trash it or give it away.
after much confusion this company has contacted my via e-mail 4 times and even called my personal phone to ask/request me to REMOVE my negative feedback. Im sorry but this is shady. It misrepresents this company. They will harrass you if you leave feedback and I dare them to contact me again.
I will NOT purchase anything else from this company. I would suggest that you make sure any product from them is the one you want or they'll do the same to you.
