(More customer reviews)I just bought one of these units on Ebay, and it is a total piece of crap.
The unit barely makes any shock and the remote feels like tiny cheap plastic.
I thought maybe my unit was broken, and when I emailed the manufacturer they told me to contact the seller. When I contacted the Ebay seller they told me to contact the manufacturer. After 2 emails, the manufacturer stopped responding. So basically this company has no website and no warranty. Awesome.
So now I am stuck with some piece of junk Elite-Tek shock collar that totally does not work. I would stay away and go with another brand.
