I received a 25ft 60lb NIP leash instead of the 45lb I ordered, and did not have the quality of a new appearance. It was in a plastic container as in the picture, but just popped open. It had no seal whatsoever. The unit itself, was scuffed up and the seam
appeared to have yellow discolored glue holding the blue casing together. I would fear putting my 45lb dog on this leash. When I contacted this sellar, he claims he does not sell used products and that I was getting a better deal because he sent a 60lb force leash as opposed to a 45lb leash. He is willing to refund my money, but not provide the cost of return shipping, which will be almost half the price of the unit.
SHOP ELSEWHERE......Thats the best deal.
