(More customer reviews)I ordered this item from Ozbo thinking it was an 18" collar. Please be aware that this is actually a 20" collar. They were kind and refunded the money to me that I spent on the collar and their customer service was quite responsive but I am disappointed that after a month the description is still not corrected on amazon.
