(More customer reviews)everything about the collar is great quality, had to flatten kinks out of the material though because how its packaged puts a semi-permanent dent into the collar if you adjust it off the setting. I love how it looks on my cat, its surprisingly more reflective than I thought it would be which is great. I wish the tag loop was not next to the clip and that the bell was attached to another spot than the loop so it doesn't interfere with the tag. If Rogz took my advice about the design changes I'd buy one in every color probably.
