(More customer reviews)Great idea and looks great in the pictures and packaging, however... the handle, when retracted, doesn't really conform to the shape of the collar and stays mostly straight and awkward looking. For the price I paid, $4.99, I can live with that but retail, I think around $20, would be asking a bit much. Also, when you pull on the handle hard enough to make it work, the collar pulls so far away from the neck that an out-of-control dog could probably slip out. Also, the little name tage retainer under the handle tore, rendering itself useless, on the 1st test pull of the handle. Other than that, it's a just another good, sturdy collar.
