This new collar from Lupine is one of the nicest collars she's worn in a long time. The webbing is a thin weight so it seems comfortable, but it is wide enough to hold her ID tag and the bell. The collar breaks away with about 4# of pull.
If Muffin can keep from losing the collar, it comes with a lifetime guarantee, which I think is great. For $6 from Amazon, this collar beats many more expensive collars at the local grocery or pet stores.
