Upon receiving this item I unboxed it and read the instructions. Putting the battery inside the unit, the manual says to just push down on the engraved area of the unit and slide out and insert the battery. Not so. I have to use a screw driver to loosen the screws to open the casing and insert the battery. The 2 electonic probes are too long. Putting this collar on my dog, those electronic probes have to be touching the skin of the dog for the shock to work but it is actually choking my poor dog more so than being shocked.
I would return this item but for the price I paid for it is not worth returning. It will cost me more to ship back to the manufacturer. Not a very good product.
