(More customer reviews)The first collar sent would not maintain its size. The size would not stay. It would get larger causing me to have to adjust constantly. Dog actually got out of the collar several times.
The company was very cooperative and sent me a new one, asking that I not even return the original - just toss it.
Problem is we are having the same exact issue with the new one. TIME FOR A DIFFERENT COLLAR ALTOGETHER.
