(More customer reviews)Wow, What a great purchase & tool for "fido". Was looking for a portable "safety net" while on our walkabouts. Our 2-year old yellow lab is prone to run with the rabbits. My husband and I read the reviews for multiple brands, chose the SportDog. Got it at a great price from A.....n.Read the provided manuals.Charged the batteries.Let Sami see smell & taste his new bright orange necklace.We played and frolicked like the manual said.Then we let him hear the beep(s).Then we checked the sensitivity level, just once. He's a changed dog. He sits, stays & stops when commanded. When he starts after the bunnies he immediately stops sits and looks at us when asked to, before he continues in chase.I love the ability to now walk around the property and let Sami swim and stare at the fish in the pond.He has only been reprimanded once, since.This SD-400 Trainer worked great for us.All of the teen kids have learned to use the Sport Dog.This is one of the greatest tools we have ever purchased.Thanx A.....n & Sport Dog.
