(More customer reviews)Leather is the way to go. Even though my preference is for a lead that has no stitching or sewn parts to wear out and break, I picked this one up for the wife. A leather leash will become very soft and comfortable in your hand but this one is even more comfy with the deerskin. My wife loves it.She said that Tito, our new Rot puppy, NEEDED the matching collar so I picked that up too. They are both very well made products and Tito looks very handsome in the rich leather collar.He loves the feel of the deerskin on his neck (he told me so). 8o)-~
