(More customer reviews)I have a love/hate relationship with this collar. On the pro side, it works really well. My dog behaves very well in it, and it doesn't seem to hurt her, which I'd feared. On the con side, the finish seems to wear off and cause "ring around the collar" (my dog has white fur in that area.) It's very dirty and hard to clean off and it also seems to itch her terribly. I just ordered a fabric martingale to replace it, which I hope works as well without causing those problems. If your dog has a light coat or is quite sensitive, then I wouldn't recommend this collar. Otherwise, go for it.
BTW the snap-on feature is a joke.
