(More customer reviews)I spent some considerable time reviewing different products and decided to buy this bark stop collar. I read the instructions and placed the collar on my dog. The device would not stop going off and my dog ran in circles and circles. I contacted customer support to find out what I could be doing wrong. They will not return my repeated phone calls or my repeated emails. My credit card company has placed the order on hold, pending their investigation. It appears the only thing I did wrong is buy from this company. Buyer BEWARE.
