(More customer reviews)Beware the size chart! Based on the measurements on the chart I bought a coat that was too big for my Bichon. I exchanged it for a size Small and it fits nicely. The coat is easy to slip over his head and it has a built-in harness, which I like a lot. I have already put my dog in his new coat a few times (when the weather gets below 30 degrees and when it's raining). When I first got the coat I thought he might not like it but he doesn't seem to notice it at all. The coat is made of a nice waterproof fabric that feels like a ski coat. It's lightweight (thin) but it still keeps my dog warm. The belly is cut high so he can do his 'business' without getting the coat messy. The harness clip is surprisingly strong because it can handle my dog's constant pulling at his leash.
I would have given this product a 5-star review but I had to deduct for the misleading size chart. Fortunately the seller (Grooming-Pet Supplies) was quick to exchange the product. Also, now that I have the coat I found it on Amazon by another seller for $6.00 less than I paid. Grrr ....
Overall, very pleased with my purchase.
