(More customer reviews)I just received one of these from another dealer and it has some major shortcomings for smaller dogs.
1.Pictures shown indicate that the collar material is soft fabric with a quick release fastener but actual unit is totally different. The collar material is extremely heavy plastic material that will not conform to my Westies neck and it slides around to the side unless I tighten it up so much that it chokes him. The quick release fastner is NOT provided.
2. The bark transducer is actually molded into the collar itself which makes it virtually impossible to change the strap material for softer & more flexible material.
3. The strap material is actually so stiff that I have difficulty putting it on the dog.
4. I don't like the on/off & level adjustments which are accomplished with a magnet and not very consistent.

May be OK for a larger dog but don't waste your money on it for smaller dogs.
