(More customer reviews)I took my dog into petco wearing this, it seems to be exact same leash they sell, down to the packaging (with different graphics)
Since this is metal, and slinks like a chain, it will find it's way into all the nooks and crannies in a car, which a nylon leash won't do. My dog has managed to get it wrapped around the seatbelt buckle if he wanders around inside the car.
Only drawback is the hand loop is rather thin leather and it might be a pain to replace later if it gets chewed up or otherwise broken. However it is attached to a metal ring that you'd probably be able to attach a new handle of some sort to.
4/5 stars because I haven't had it a long time and the hand loop could be better, but I haven't found any problems with it.
