(More customer reviews)I received this collar within just a few days after I ordered it. My silly mistake was that I hit the wrong icon and ordered a collar that was too small. I called K-V Pet Supply and they were very courteous and helpful. I was able to exchange the collar for the correct size with no hassle and again, it arrived very quickly. The collar is of very good quality leather, both inside and out. The reason I purchased this collar was because of the deer tan lining on the inside of the collar. My little Suzy just loves it!!
