Especially if you mixed it with an 18" Tahoe fancy rhinestone three row collar (lime or gold). The dress is exactly as pictured and it is perfectly sized (16" = Med.) for my Shihkingnese Darby. Bling galore and what a head turner. We bought this little number for a free doggie fashion parade in Melborne, FL (5:30-8 p.m.). Just show up, enjoy, and sparkle. If you buy the dress you've got to get the Tahoe matching collar...they have every color imaginable right here at Amazon, and they're half the price of the speciality shops. I got the dress for a great price from the Amazon vendor ProPet, and I bought matching polos (blue & lime green) for my ShihTzu Hampshire. The silver Tahoe collar looks super on him. I have to bling him out he won't let me put bows in his fur--rube out.
