(More customer reviews)We have a very stubborn 30lb. rat terrier who failed obedience classes. As a last resort I thought what the heck it is under $30. To our surprise within a week our dog is minding and not bolting at the door. We only used the shock feature once on him, now we hit the bird chirp first and when he hears that if he doesn't respond to our "NO" command he gets the next level which is vibration only. We haven't had to use the shock more than once. Well worth it!! It is nice to have a well mannered dog who doesn't jump on everyone or bolt at the door. We don't let the dog see the remote so he listens now even when we don't have it with us.
There really is no instructions on this only on operation. I am very happy with this product and glad I didn't buy the more expensive one since this works.
