(More customer reviews)I bought a whole bunch of these little 10 inch pet collars because they were really inexpensive at $2 each. I'm using them as luggage tag straps, not as pet collars. For my purposes, they are fine because they are still made of strong nylon webbing and the buckle is firmly attached. The colors are good standard primary colors, and the buckle is a normal silver colored metal.
But I've purchased similar ones in the past from supermarkets and pet stores (probably made in China . . .) and the finishing on these is truly inferior. So just in case you're fussy about how nice the collar looks on your pet, here are the appearance issues. The collar's holes (for size adjustment) really look like amateur time: 1) they are four times larger than they need to be, 2) they are all sort of irregularly shaped, like someone punched each one by hand with a tool that wasn't sharp enough, and 3) the holes are spaced about an inch apart -- completely unsuitable for fitting the collar on a small cat or dog!! In addition, the end of the strap is just cut straight across, not rounded off or tapered like the better ones.
