(More customer reviews)I purchased three pet blinker dog safety lights--one for each of my dogs [two 65 lb. dogs and one 14 lb. dog]. One arrived defective and the other two worked great. I emailed the vendor who I bought them from via Amazon.com, and they sent me a replacement one right away! They are a great company so you can order from them without worry or hesitation. I offered to mail back the defective one, but they didn't need me to. They have really excellent customer service.
The pet blinkers are good, but you have to be careful that they are screwed on tightly because if not, the bottom half (the light part) will fall off and be lost if/when your dog plays rough or wrestles with a friend. This did happen to me, so I will have to get another one. I like that it has a button on the side so that you can turn it on and off. I've seen other ones where you had to unscrew it a bit to turn it off. I noticed that sometimes the light just shuts off on its own and I had to go over to my dog and press the button again to get it started again.
Also, the clasp that hooks it onto your dog's collar doesn't fit the D-ring on one of my dog's collars, but it worked on the other two. So I had to hook it onto the keyring that holds his tags-not the D-ring itself. I recommend removing the blinkers when your dog is out in the day time if they are very active because otherwise you might lose it. None of my dogs were bothered by the blinking whatsoever.
Overall, this blinker is a good product and very helpful in seeing where your dog is from far away in the dark at the dog park, in your yard,or wherever. Keeps them safer, too, more visible if they should get loose and, heaven-forbid, be out roaming alone at night.
