(More customer reviews)I purchased this e-collar for my boxer to try to find something more comfortable for her. Her measurements from her neck to her nose was about an inch longer than what the guidelines for the product described. I bought it anyway and found that indeed it did not fit correctly since the Velcro could not fully be fastened around her neck. Because of the improper fit, she was able to get it off.
I also found that the e-collar drooped down over her face when she laid down, this trapped moisture within the e-collar from her breath and as a result gave my dog a mild infection in her ears. I don't know if this would be the case though if you have a smaller dog that the e-collar fits properly on.
In summary, since I did not heed the proper measurements of the manufacturer I cannot give this product a good or bad review. Do not purchase this product if your dogs measurements are larger than the product guidelines.
