(More customer reviews)When I adopted my two kittens eleven years ago I was lucky enough to find these collars and I've stuck with them ever since.
The entire collar is elastisized so if it gets caught on something (God forbid) it will slide over the cat's head safely. It doesn't have holes punched into it for the buckle so you're able to buckle it anywhere you like for a good fit. The matching bell is easily detached if you're like me and don't want to hear that thing.
The collar wears well. I usually replace mine about every 18 months. Plus it can be cut down if you have a little extra length. (I burn the cut end just a little to eliminate fraying)
The only bad thing is that these specific Scott Pet Product collars are very hard to find anymore; especially at 12 or 14 inches. I feel really, really lucky to have found this seller on Amazon and am happy to report excellent value and service from them.
These are GREAT collars. They come in excellent lengths and good colors so stock up!
