(More customer reviews)Collar is fine, new in mint condition Aspen Pet brand dog collar, but it has a black plastic clasp buckle, not a traditonal metal one as shown. It is also 5/8" wide, has a nice deep sapphire blue color (my screen display was accurate), and adjusts between 10" and 16". I needed the one pictured in 3/8" width and 10" length, but for this price I'll keep them. They'll be great for wrapping around rolled up exercise pads, beach mats or even maybe sleeping bags.
