(More customer reviews)Just as it looks in the picture, it is a plastic clip with a velcro strap. But, it is surprisingly handy! Attaches to leash, belt or just belt loop and frees up my hands for other things! Will hold multiple bags at once. Hasn't cracked from the cold weather, at least, not yet. Could be a little cheaper, but would purchase again. Surprisingly handy!
