(More customer reviews)Not only was the product very slow in reaching us, wrong color of collar plus no matter what we did, no vibration came forth! The little flash light works and a little tiny twerp sound works. But that is all that works. I am returning them. Our dogs thought the collars were just that, collars. I don't think they were disapointed the collars did not work!
