(More customer reviews)I love the idea of this product. But I can't get it to work. Both the collar and hand radio recharge and come with plugs. But after charging the two collars I bought overnight, neither had power the next day when unplugged. And even when they are plugged in, I cannot get the radio to communicate to the collar. The instructions explain how to set the radio and collar on the same channels, but even after following the instructions, they don't work.
At least the two radios that came with the two collars communicate with each other.
