(More customer reviews)Doesn't work. OK, so I didn't do a randomized controlled trial to prove that it didn't work. But, anecdotally, this charm collar had no "calming" effect on my dog. I wasn't expecting miracles, but was hoping with additional calming techniques this might help with a stressful week-long visit with some relatives. Also, the plastic is super cheap and flimsy. The connecting hook broke in my first (gentle) attempt to connect it to his collar. I tied the thing on with some thread instead. Not planning on purchasing this again...pretty sure it's just snake-oil.
