(More customer reviews)I bought a similar collar from other seller before. It was not good.The instruction was not very clear to tell me how to use the product, and I could not find any manufacturer information on the package to call them. It worked for one month then quit work.
I thought this product same as the one I purchase which there is no manufacturer information when I need to know some information about the product.When I received the product I knew I bought the right one because there are manufacture information on the package and I call them for the direction to use this product. They were very nice.
It really does what it says it will do. I like the fact that it has a vibrate button (after doing two shocks this is the only control that I need). Most of the time just putting the collar on insures that she stops barking. We are using this collar for two dogs and are very happy with it.
