(More customer reviews)I have 2 chihuahuas. The small fit one perfectly and was slightly tight on the other. The buckle rubbed her elbow raw so I needed to replace it. I was told that I would have to ship it back and they would replace it. BUT when I contacted them they told me I needed to pay for shipping BOTH ways... Misleading and wasn't super happy. I bought one for cheaper at Petco. They are cute though if you can find one that fits and don't have to do returns. The issue is that the length is short so the buckle can rub the dog's elbow and create problems.
