bought this product only because it advertised it as natural/herbal and not chemical. True indeed, but the oils they use can be just as harmful, if not worse. I bought this for my two puppies. One of them became sick overnight from an allergic reaction. I also did some research right after and learned that the main ingredient, Pennyroyal Oil, is toxic and can be fatal if ingested. It was also once used as an abortifacient, so I wouldn't recommend pregnant women being exposed to it. You may be wondering if this product works? I asked a veterinarian today if herbal collars work mentioning this brand in particular. He claimed that these collars do not work and are commercialized and a waste of money.
I tried to make a return through Amazon, but unfortunately it is not covered under the return policy. Please look elsewhere...you'll be glad you did.
Other notes: I tried to find other reviews online regarding this product and didn't find too many. I did find two different pet websites with the exact same reviews. Looks like some employee from Petguard is making up reviews for the company to make it look good. Now that is pathetic.
Update 10/23/09:
After telling Amazon about my experience, they refunded my money in full! Thank you Amazon.
