(More customer reviews)I bought two of the Puppia harnesses and ordered a large for my 17lb. Bichon-Frise since that is what the size chart recommended. The harness fits around his belly area just fine (on the tightest fitting), but the neck is too large. I will keep the harnesses because they are well made and sturdy, but I do think the neck area should somehow be adjustable.
