(More customer reviews)I have a smaller cat and the collar is just too thick for her neck and didnt get small/tight enough to avoid it from dangling. It was easy to creat additional holes however that still looked good just by twisting the end of a pair of scissors from the inside to the outside which might work for other cats if they have a longer neck. My cat however, is smaller and has a small neck and it was just uncomfortable for her. Very cute collar though and would be great for smaller dogs or bigger cats! Nice quality too if it would have fit properly. Keep in mind, it functions like a belt and isnt "safe" for cats.
