Amazon limits this seller a bit by not easily providing a place to enter the pet's name, neck size, desired color and thread color - and other details requested which can be found if you read her (the store's) reviews as all the instructions are there, or you could just email her that info at:

I actually forwarded her my entire confirmation along with all the info requested and had my collar in 3 days! I would buy again. Emailing her pet info IMMEDIATELY means she can get started and will have it out to you in no time.
My 45lb doggie looks great and seems quite cozy without metal tags! Exactly what I wanted and price was great too!
