(More customer reviews)This harness seems sturdy and serves its function well, but a design limitation that you should consider before buying it is that the neck portion is fixed in size and cannot be adjusted or snapped on. According to the specs on the manufacturer's Korean Puppia web site, a medium corresponds to a 13" neck; and I found that the medium harness indeed fits snugly and well for our dog who weighs 20 lbs and has a 12-13 inch neck. The problem comes when you try to put the harness on. Unless your dog has a smaller head than neck, good luck trying to thread your dog's head through the "eye of the needle".
