(More customer reviews)Talk about frustrating! I was impressed with the quality of this collar, but the cat has to be able to stay in it! Mine has been wearing a collar for years that finally wore out after 5 successful years of 'service.' This one didn't last a day. I have a well-mannered house cat who likes to try to escape outside, but I don't allow cats outside *and* we live on the ridge of a canyon so if he got out and tried to 'go native' it would be a disaster. We've had to rescue him a couple times and I thought the reflective strip was a brilliant touch, but since I can't find where my cat decided to get out of it, I can't even return it! Ugh!!! A problem I did not need. It's slightly heavier than my cat's previous collar, so perhaps that played a role. So thumbs up on what looked to be a quality collar, but it might be just a little to easy for your clever cat to escape from!
