They are difficult to see, the sticks are plastic and difficult to push into hard ground (impossible in the winter) and they are only about 8 inches tall (5 inches once you have put them into the ground). Go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy a 100 pack of fluorescent orange construction flags on 12 inch metal sticks for $8.
