(More customer reviews)I've tried to order this collar a couple of times. Unfortunately, I am unable to state what size collar. Ridiculous! I had to rate with 1 star because I was required to at least give one star. Since you can't actually order this item, I would actually rate it a negative 10! Why have this as an item! Can't be ordered!
