(More customer reviews)This collar works but I don't like the way the metal prongs fit around the dog's neck. I read the instructions that came with it but nowhere explains what the volume looking know on the side of the device is.
When I put it on him he barked and received a warning tone. He barked loudly again and received a shock. He then began to scream from the pain and kept receiving warning tones and shocks until I could get the collar off of his neck. He was so scared that he hid behind the toilet for an hour. Not sure if my morkie puppy is just too stupid to learn how the thing works or if the shock was just too much for him.
