(More customer reviews)We like the collar, but our puppy doesn't! I think it's because it will not straighten out and fit her neck correctly. It stays in an oval shape that has her tags hanging from the side. I'll try to put it under a heavy book again but Harley probably wont be wearing the collar much longer.
