(More customer reviews)Purchased this collar about a month ago. When it arrived, it looked too small for an 18" collar. I measured it and it was only 17" long from buckle to tip. The next to last hole measured 15" which made it a true 15" collar although the tag clearly said 18" collar. The leather was third rate, but given the low price and the Chinese manufacture, that was to be expected. The vendor was most apologetic, offered a new, larger collar at no additional cost, but I had enough of Hamilton dog collars.
