(More customer reviews)My one-year old bull terrier has been obsessed with doing things he shouldn't -- entering certain rooms, jumping up on counters, etc. These problem behaviors have been curbed by using the spray commander. Two or three well-timed spray blasts, and he made the connection, and the problem behavior has been curbed. I only wish I had started using this earlier. Be sure to get the newer version, which is water proof and better constructed. Although some have reported that the batteries run down quickly, I have not had a similar problem. But I am careful about turning the unit off, except for those times when I intend to focus on training.
Another note: Be cautious about purchasing from the Amazon marketplace merchants rather than from Amazon itself; some of these merchants seem to have questionable inventory, and returns are more difficult.
